    Project Dagger, a mobile reimagination of the classic dungeon crawler genres.

    Project Dagger, previously called as Project Tartarus before its being redone from the ground up , is a reimagination of an old school first person RPG - dungeon crawler oriented, like Eye of the Beholder, Daggerfall, Arena, and newer ones like Grimrock and the cancelled Techland's project Hellraid. It also taking cues from existing game less known by people, called Elder Scrolls Travels Series, the one predate the Blades. The aim is to deliver the classic dungeon crawler experience to mobile utilizing the robust Unity Engine, and will be released without any paywall or pay to win elements that ruins most modern game. 

    The gameplay will focus on dungeon crawling, while player can traverse between dungeons and explore the overworld. The loot based nature of the game, taking cues from the Borderlands formula, will be the main hook to player, combined with the engaging story.

    Hello! we are Trimatra Interactive, an over-the-air studio based on Surabaya, Indonesia, looking to find passionate members to sail along with our journey in creating Video Games, Media, and Interactive Applications.

    (Expected) Revenue

    I've been in contact with various Publishers, that might be interested and fund the development once a prototype is released to certain public. Since the game won't be a free to play experience, there will be an expected revenue of the basegame price. Mini DLCs and Dungeon packs will accompany the basegame, but no Pay to win systems that plagues modern mobile game.

    Risks & challenges

    The risks are obviously, the project is cancelled. But, its a risk worth taking to make a groundbreaking mobile game, a game against the mainstream genre. The challenges, are to complete this project with its up and downs.

      Function description

      As a character artist you will be creating character model and rig characters and creatures based on concept artist and lead directions. You will be involved in the character creation process from start to finish, being responsible for sculpting, modeling, texturing. Not limiting to character, you are also responsible to model props related to the character ( such as weapons and armors ).

      Requirements

      -Knowledge of 2D and 3D art Tools -Solid understanding of modelling workflow of topology, materials, textures, proportion, and anatomy + animation and game limitations (poly count, memory, etc.) - Able to take constructive criticsm. - High spirited and open minded - Fluent in written English - Ability to Use Discord - Knowledge to Unity workflow is a huge plus

      Function description

      As a gameplay animators, you will be responsible to tackle various task regarding animations, such as player animation, item animation, and are also responsible to optimize and bring it to the engine ( Unity ). You will be working closely with Character modellers to ensure an optimal quality to the product.

      -Knowledge of 2D and 3D art Tools -Solid understanding of animation workflow such as Rigging, rotoscoping, animating realistic, physical movements over character and stylised performance pieces - Able to take constructive criticsm. - High spirited and open minded - Fluent in written English - Ability to Use Discord - Knowledge to Unity workflow is a huge plus

      As a Project Manager, you are responsible to manage the team, organizing meeting, keeping the performance of the team, and more. As a Project Manager, you are also allowed to be Gameplay Designer, which are responsible to adjust and balance gameplay, Write GDD and doing revision based on each meetings, and also design gameplay experience based on the direction of the lead.
