The Job

    Need some people to help make the game of my dreams because I can't do it alone.

    A game kinda like rainbow six siege but not. I am thinking of a game were you have to plan a way into a bank/lab to steal something. You can go in from vents/skylights/doors/windows hopefully more but they would be big buildings.

    There will be at least 8 different character types on each side that can for example hack the cams, track the package that they are stealing, check for cams and traps like laser alarms and alarm systems that tell the defenders were you are, someone with a glass laser cutter, someone with the ability to shriek so loud the enemy's near cant hear you move and they have a short animation so they cant move for a second and it hurts some,someone that can use an air drone, medic, ammo guy and on the defender side medic, ammo guy, alarm trap guy, guy with a wave ability that shakes the enemy's screen that are near him, someone that can use an air drone, a guy that detects when someone is visible on a camera but it could be a worker, someone that can set sensor traps on the ground to know if an enemy is near it, and a very stealthy person.

    someone will be randomly picked to be squad leader that tells the team how they are going to push and were from. In ranked the squad leader will be voted by the players.

    The other game mode would be missions with a squad or not but you would have to do the same thing as in the fist game mode but if you set of an alarm you will be swarmed with people that will kill you. then another type would be swat mode were you do swat missions.

    That's the idea i have for this game things can be changed if you have a good idea and i would like to hear them.

    My part

    My part would be to make sure things look good and up to code with the overall idea that can be modified. I will also be coding and making sure everyone knows their job.

    (Expected) Revenue

    I would hope it could AT LEAST sell 2 million copies for $30 so I would expect around $55 mill and hopping to get 10-40 people. so you could get anywhere from 7%-1%

    Risks & challenges

    A risk would be that the game might not turn out good and you might not make much money because of sales, it might be to much like rainbow six siege challenge would be to make it feel very different then rainbow six siege, making the game look great and graphics similar to escape tarkov.

      To make good nice 3d gun models with skins all you will do is make guns and gun skins

      Requirements

      you will have to know how to make descent skins for the weapons and also create 3d gun models that are realistic

      You would have to make a lot of 3d models of objects that would be all over the map like cups cabinets and a lot of other decorations.

      You will have to know how to make good 3d models of any random object that would be around the map normally small objects

      code from unreal engine all mechanics like gun shooting, recoil, all the abilities the characters can have and things like that.

      You must know unreal engine and be good at blueprints and c++. you should also be willing to spend a lot of time on this project it would be nice if you were experienced some with making a multiplayer game and be willing to teach me some because I am not the best so then I could help more.

    Im just going to say it's going to be pretty hard to sell 2 million copies as your profile says you are not in a company - you need real prestige to get you game to that many people

    Confirming what Bobby said, it will practically be impossible to sell 2 million even if you're a known indie studio with an experienced leader and a team that knows each other well. You're also asking for a lot of talent from people you'll be leading when it doesn't sound like you have much experience in development, much less leading a dev team while still expecting to keep roughly 30% of the profits for having the idea.
