    I'm wanting to a multiplayer party game. Heavily focused on randomness and fast-paced action! Hopefully with online too!

    The game will be played quite similar to the Wario Ware Series. But mostly focusing on multiplayer.

    If you're unfamiliar on what Wario Ware is, It's a collection of short, simple games, called "microgames" or "minigames," presented in quick succession. Each of the microgames lasts about three to eight seconds and failing to complete it costs the player a life.
     

    Players will be battling each other and hoping to mess up other players while trying to survive themselves.

    My part

    I can supply the animations if needed, I already am a decent cartoon artist that uses Photoshop and GMS2.

    I will also be directing and guiding my team members on what to do and to help them whenever I can.

    If there is something someone needs I will do my best and assist!

    (Expected) Revenue

    As research, the average game on Steam sells around 20,000 - 50,000 copies. Depending on what we price the game as you'll be able to do the math from there. We would all discuss a fair price for the release of the game down the line that we think would make it work.

    Risks & challenges

    Online play will for sure be tough to tackle. Unless someone on the team knows how to do online netplay that can run smoothly with minimum 4 players.

      Function description

      The Animator will handle most of the in-game characters and environments. The art will be what we''re hoping for like a modern cartoon or big sized pixel animations. I can provide great examples to the selected animator to help them out along the way.

      Requirements

      Any animation software that can do the job well. Photoshop, Unity, etc.

      Function description

      We'll need solid movement controls and a bunch of other stuff. If this is done in GameMaker Studio 2, I'll be able to help out a ton for I've used GameMaker for over 7 years.

      Function description

      The biggest thing we want to do is allow players to duke it out online! This will make the game's lifespan last even longer as well as bring in fun and competitive tournaments. Hopefully, we can allow minimum 4 player online ao players can enjoy free for all and 2v2 matches. If we can add more players that would be even better!

      Networking/Online Netcoding Whatever it takes to make the online play a fun and smooth experience.
